COMMUNITY SERVICE

SICDTC is available for demonstrations of obedience and agility. We have participated in the Richmond County Fair in Richmondtown and most recently, Bark in the Park at Liberty state park. While we can't participate in everything--after all, most of our members are volunteers and do work full time and do show their dogs on the weekends--give us a call. We just might be able to schedule something for your event.

We are also available at various times throughout the year to help scout troops and students earn community service credit towards badges and school requirements by helping out at various dog related activities. No previous training is needed-we'll teach how to do the jobs. Call the voicemail at 718-761-8048 or email webmaster.

Training Discounts (10%) are given on the first class session to ALL adopted and spayed and neutered dogs. Just enclose a copy of your adoption agreement (any rescue group or shelter qualifies) or a copy of your spay/neuter certificate from your vet and send in 10% less with your payment.

Mixed Breed dogs are ALWAYS welcome to train.

SICDTC is proud to partner with PS 37 Annex's work study program and to have class Y36 as part of our cleaning crew. To become a work study site for the special needs students of PS 37 Annex call the school at 718-761-8048.
